inAfter my friend got shocked from a free toaster, I'm really rethinking how we handle free item posts!
My local Buy Nothing group has a four-item rule for free posts. Everyone has to list at least one real flaw, like "toaster handle is cracked" or "couch leg is wobbly." It stops people from dumping completely broken stuff. We also require a clear photo of the actual item, not a stock image. It cut down on complaints by a lot.

inTbh, I'm still thinking about that load chart call I had to make last week
Seriously? What went down with your crane operator last month? I need to know the details because this stuff keeps happening. Was it equipment failure or a training problem? These situations can turn bad real quick if nobody learns from them. How did your company handle it after the fact? We have to stop repeating the same mistakes.

inHot take: Divided tents are a bad idea for family camping
Ugh, those dividers are useless. We learned that the hard way too.

inYeah, a minor asked for a smoking piece and I declined, but it's been bugging me all week.
That guilt probably means you have a decent conscience. It's tough saying no, but you definitely did the right thing. Sometimes the right choice just feels heavy for a while.
