My backup hard drive died, almost lost 6 client projects last Thursday
I was backing up files before a fence install gig in Austin and my 4 year old external drive just stopped making noise. Turns out I'd been saving contracts and drafts to the drive without checking it for months, and only a cloud folder from 2022 saved my butt. Does anyone run a weekly file audit or do you just trust your backup until it fails too?
