Hit 10,000 pounds of sausage stuffed this week, still shocked

Been part time at the shop for about 14 months, and this Tuesday I tallied up my stuffing log. Turns out I've pushed exactly 10,003 pounds through our old vertical stuffer, mostly breakfast links and bratwurst. Never once stopped to count until a customer asked how many pigs that represents, which is around 125 hogs. What surprised me was the math on casing waste, only 3 percent over that whole run. Has anyone else tracked a weird milestone like this at their counter?
