A customer's complaint about my brake work made me rethink my whole bleed process
A guy came back after a week saying his new Shimano brakes felt spongy again, which I thought was impossible after my usual bleed. He said, 'You didn't tilt the bike, did you?' I've since started tilting the bike to get the last bubbles out of the caliper. Do you think this step is needed for every single bleed job, or just for tricky ones?
