My son asked for seconds of peas tonight. Never thought I'd see the day.

He used to push peas off his plate. Now he eats them willingly. We started a colorful plate challenge. Each meal needs three colors. He gets excited to pick them. Last night, he had peas, carrots, and chicken. I am so proud of this progress.

Kids can be so stubborn about food, but you found a clever way around it. The colorful plate challenge turns meals into a game they enjoy. It's a real win when they start liking foods they used to push away. My nephew was the same, and we had to try fun ways to get him to eat his veggies. You're doing a great job, and that progress is something to celebrate.

Using games to get kids eating is smart. The real challenge is phasing out the game so they eat well without it. In my view, that's how you build lasting healthy habits.
