Hit 500 clients in my books and the number that shocked me was 73

I finally hit 500 total clients after 3 years in my own studio. When I looked back, 73 of them were people who came in just once for a basic facial and never booked again. That's a huge chunk of missed chances to build a real client list. It made me question my whole follow-up game and how I connect during that first visit. What's your best move to turn a first-timer into a regular?

Vent: I spent $80 on a board game insert that turned out to be a total waste

I always thought custom inserts were just for show, but I got Terraforming Mars and the setup time was killing me. I saw a foam core insert online for about eighty bucks and thought it would save me so much time. It showed up and looked nice, but it was a pain to put together and didn't fit the cards in sleeves at all. I had to force them in and now the whole thing is warped. The worst part is, it actually takes me longer to pull everything out of the tight slots than it did to just dump the bags. I feel like I paid for a fancy paperweight. Has anyone found a good storage fix for that game that actually works?
