Tbh, the "just use more paste" idea is how we ended up with that cracked frame in the first place. Paste helps, but it's not a fix for a clamp that's already way too tight. A torque key stops you from going there. It's not about the number, it's about having a hard stop so your muscle memory doesn't wreck things.

Honestly used to think raccoons were just cute trash pandas. Then one summer they kept popping the locks on my compost bin like it was a puzzle toy. We lost two bantams last summer to a Cooper's hawk in my backyard. I mean, it was brutal. I ended up putting up a cheap plastic net from the hardware store over the whole run. It's not pretty, but it works. You just have to make sure it's tight so it doesn't sag and trap them.

The auto-save thing is a total lifesaver, had the same panic last week.
