inI finally hit 100 spreads this month and it caught me off guard
Oh wow, that's awesome! I hit 50 pages myself and felt the same way.

inSpent 2 hours figuring out why my roses were wilting right after cutting
Bought fancy sharp pruners last year, still forget to clean the vase half the time.

inGot told my dungeon tiles looked like wet cardboard, fixed my wash technique
Cracked up reading this cause I literally had the same thing happen with my terrain tiles at a show in Portland. Some guy just goes "looks like you painted them with coffee" and walked off. Hurt my feelings but he was dead right, I was doing the same watery mess you described. Switched to a 1:10 ratio with some flow aid and now the cracks in my cobblestone actually look like cracks instead of sad brown puddles.

inRant: My whole collection method fell apart at a coffee shop in Portland
I actually heard someone talk about this on a productivity podcast recently, saying that a single notebook with an index gives you the flexibility to capture random thoughts without the guilt of "wasting" pages. They argued it cuts down on decision fatigue too, since you don't have to pick which notebook to grab when an idea hits. Your mileage may vary, but for me, tossing everything into one spot with an index has made those overflow ideas feel way more organized than they used to.

inHad a hinge setback on a kitchen job last Wednesday
Wait, you stripped 3 out of 20 in particle board using the screws that come with the hinges? That's wild, those are usually decent enough for plywood or MDF but particle board is basically compressed sawdust. You'd think they'd hold better since that's what cheap cabinets are made of.
