Warning: my $6 diner mug from a Toledo thrift went from gray to white after one baking soda soak
I almost tossed it last month because the inside looked permanently stained, but a 20 minute soak in hot water and baking soda pulled off 9 years of coffee film, so now I'm wondering what other "ruined" mugs in my cabinet are just dirty and what your go-to soak recipe is.
