inGot a guy on my team who always forgets to test the door gasket after fridge fixes
Checklists are a lifesaver. We had a guy forget to check flashing on a roof edge once. Whole section leaked after a rainstorm, cost us a full day to tear out and redo. Now the checklist is the first thing they see on the work order. It sticks in your brain better when it's right there in front of you.
