inRant: I switched from a weekly to a rolling daily log and my productivity tanked
My buddy at the gym had the exact same problem last year. He got so caught up in the daily stuff that his whole project to redo his deck just stalled for months. He ended up using two notebooks, one for the week's big targets and a cheap one for the daily grind. It sounds like Tessa's idea, but seeing him actually do it made it click for me. Maybe that structure is what's missing, just having somewhere to keep the big goals in sight.

inQuestion about switching from a standard facial steamer to a nano mister
My cousin has bad rosacea and regular steamers always made her cheeks flare up. I switched to a nano mister last year and it was a total game changer for clients like her. The cool, dry mist doesn't trigger that heat reaction at all. I've had three clients with similar skin tell me it's the first time a facial didn't leave them red for days.

inQuestion about a tool library's policy on power washer rentals
My last rental looked like it fought a mud monster and lost, lmao. A quick rinse rule would have saved me some shame at the counter. That co-op system just sounds more respectful all around.

inMy plumber cousin in Boise told me to always use a 1/2-inch pipe for the main water line, not 3/8.
Heard bigger pipes prevent pressure drop, right?

inShoutout to the guy at the Milwaukee tool repair counter
Cleaning carbon off the brushes is a classic fix that works way more often than people think. I keep a plain pink eraser in my toolbox just for that. Always check for loose wires or a dirty switch before you assume the motor is dead. Saves a ton of money and a trip to the store.
