I mean, "clearly the better tool" is a bit much. If you just tap them in gently with a hammer, it's fine. Maybe it's just me but it's not that serious.

Oof, that's rough. Getting that kind of feedback can sting, but it's how we all learn. My old boss once pointed out I was setting my nails too shallow for like a year. It's wild how you can just miss something until someone shows you. Glad the vet took the time to explain it properly.

Tbh, that reminds me of a bus trip I took where the guy next to me had a whole rotisserie chicken in his backpack. The smell was unreal by hour three. I still can't look at chicken the same way.
