inWasted $300 on a post hole digger attachment that sucked
So @andrew_nguyen64, why do people keep buying junk just because it's cheap?

inMy shed door frame rotted out after 5 years
My neighbor's shed did the same thing last year. He used cedar too and still got rot. It's the ground contact that kills it every time. I put mine on concrete blocks after the first rebuild, been fine ever since. Just not worth using regular wood at all near dirt.

inSwitched from soapstone to a carbide scribe for layout marks and never looked back
What depth do you usually aim for with your carbide scribe (just scratching the surface or a bit more)? I've always worried about going too deep, especially on thinner material where it feels like the line itself becomes a stress riser. Have you ever had a line actually turn into a crack on you from scribing too hard?

inMy fridge died on Christmas Eve and I lost $400 worth of food
Warm milk and dripping water" - my friend's dishwasher flooded her kitchen the night before her wedding rehearsal dinner. It was like the thing knew exactly when to die.

inDebate: Did spending $250 on a premium antivirus actually save my cousin from a ransomware attack or was it just pure luck?
250 bucks on antivirus? I dropped $300 on a fancy firewall router once and still got crypto'd because my dumb cousin clicked a "free iPad" ad. Your cousin probably just got lucky and didn't click on the shady link that week. These premium suites mostly just give you fancy popups about things Windows Defender already blocks for free.
