A perm I did in Tulsa three years ago just walked back into my chair

She said the curl pattern held up perfectly because I used a lower volume developer and extra neutralizer. Anyone have a go-to perm brand for resistant hair?

Man, that reminds me of a lady who came in for a color correction. She had box dye so dark it was almost blue, and we had to do a whole process to lift it. Saw her at the grocery store like two years later, and the grown-out color still looked soft and natural, no harsh line. It's those little wins that stick with you, you know? Makes all the tough days worth it.
