Switched from a knee kicker to a power stretcher and I'm never going back

For two years I fought with a knee kicker on big rooms, always ending up with ripples near the walls. Last month a guy at the supply house said just rent a power stretcher for $35 a day. I tried it on a 12x15 living room and the difference was night and day. The carpet laid flat in half the time and my knee stopped hurting by the end of the day. Has anyone else made the switch and noticed a big difference on larger jobs?

Oh man, I gotta disagree. Idk, maybe it's just me but I still prefer my knee kicker for most jobs since it's way easier to handle in tight spots.

Respect the knee kicker for tight spots for sure. But once you go pneumatic you never go back!
