Watch those cracks turn into canyons if you ignore them. My neighbor skipped power washing for years and now his whole driveway looks like a dried-up riverbed. You start seeing weeds poking through and the whole slab starts to sink in spots. It's a slow-motion disaster that costs way more to fix later.

Power washing is a total waste of water and money. Those little cracks give a driveway character. My uncle's place has cracks full of moss, looks kinda cool and natural. Never caused any real sinking. People just get sold on this idea you need everything to look brand new all the time. Letting nature do its thing is cheaper and easier.
