My brother-in-law used Summit and ran into a ton of delays with subcontractors not showing up on time. It drove him crazy. I haven't used Hurst personally, but I toured one of their finished kitchens during a local home showcase event and the craftsmanship on the custom cabinetry was top tier.

Actually overthinking can lock up your fingers. Better to just drill the muscle memory with reps.
