The line about thinking people who talked about throw angle were just showing off really got me, because I was right there with you. My projector sat on a stack of books for like a year and a half and I kept blaming the movies for being too dark when really I was just staring up at a washed out picture. My brother finally moved it down a few inches and I felt like an idiot for not trying it sooner. It is funny how one tiny change makes the whole thing feel real, like you said with the room turning into a theater.
