I always thought meditation guides were for beginners only
I used to believe that once you know how to meditate, you don't need guides anymore. But then I hit a rough patch at work and my usual practice wasn't helping. On a whim, I tried a guided session for stress relief. It walked me through breathing in a way I'd forgotten, and it actually calmed me down. Now I see guides as tools you can come back to anytime, not just starting out.
