My living room plank challenge showed me a form issue I'd missed for years
I set up a simple plank challenge in my living room to add some variety to my home workouts. After a few days, I felt a strange ache in my lower back that I hadn't noticed before. I checked my form in the mirror and saw my hips were sagging way down. It hit me that I've probably been doing planks wrong this whole time without knowing. Now I'm slowing down and really focusing on keeping my body straight, which is harder than I thought. This makes me curious about how many other basic moves I might be messing up at home. I've started recording myself to catch these mistakes, and it's been a real eye-opener. Has anyone else found little form tweaks that changed their whole routine?

Wow, that totally reminds me of when I finally fixed my squat form.

That moment when the form clicks changes everything. Suddenly the weight feels lighter even when you add more plates. Proper knee tracking alone fixed so much lower back tension for me. Took forever to stop leaning forward on the ascent.
