Just gave away my 100th free item on the curb this year
I started putting stuff out front in January to avoid a dump run. It was just old furniture and some baby gear. Hit 100 items this morning with a box of canning jars. It's wild how much perfectly good stuff we hold onto. Anyone else keep a count and get surprised by the number?

Honestly, I should try that. My garage is basically a museum of things I was sure I'd need someday. How many half-empty paint cans does one house require, you know? I'd probably hit your number in a week and still have a functional home. It's a little embarrassing when you actually look at it all.

Yeah, the "museum of things I was sure I'd need" hits home. I did a closet clean out last month and found like three old phones and cables for stuff I don't even own anymore.
