My neighbor's grill rust fix gave me an idea for our ladle handles
I was helping my neighbor clean his rusty grill grates over the weekend. He used a mix of vinegar and baking soda, which got me thinking about our ladle handles at the shop. They get nasty with scale and rust SO fast. I brought the idea to the team on Monday, and we tried a quick soak on a spare handle. It came out cleaner than with our usual wire brush scrubbing. Now we keep a bucket of the mix for weekly tool dips. It's a small thing, but it saves us time and elbow grease every shift!

My elbow grease never worked this well.

Lol "elbow grease" is such an old school phrase. It makes me wonder if the thing you cleaned looks so different now that it feels like a new object, like you're seeing details you never noticed under the grime. That shiny-clean feeling can totally change how you feel about a boring chore.
