Walked past my shed after 6 months of ignoring it and saw the roof sag

I threw a tarp over it last fall thinking I'd fix it in a week. 6 months later the plywood decking is warped and one truss cracked clean through. Anyone else let a small problem turn into a full rebuild because you kept putting it off?

Oh man, that's brutal. I had a gutter on my place get clogged back in March and told myself I'd clean it out that weekend. Fast forward to August and water had been backing up under the shingles for months. Rotted a whole 8 foot section of the fascia board and part of the soffit. Ended up costing me a good 300 bucks to have a guy replace it all when I could have just grabbed a ladder for 15 minutes.
