Set a post in concrete that was 2 degrees off and now the whole run is crooked

My level battery died in the middle of a 40-foot cedar fence job in Spokane last month, so I eyeballed one post. Anyone have a good trick for fixing a lean without pulling the whole thing?

Ugh, that's the worst... it's crazy how one small mistake can throw off a whole project. I see this with my students all the time, where one wrong first step messes up the whole math problem. Maybe you can try shimming the post base with some composite shims?

Val_chen16 is right about how those small errors add up. It's like when you're building a deck and one post is a quarter inch off, then the whole frame is out of square. Composite shims are a solid fix for that, way better than wood that can rot. You just have to make sure you're not just masking a bigger foundation problem, you know?
