Question about my bathroom floor tile layout

I was halfway through laying my 12x24 inch porcelain tiles in a staggered pattern when my wife walked in and asked why the grout lines didn't line up with the wall. I realized I'd started my layout from the wrong corner, so now the whole floor is off by about an inch and a half. How do I fix this without pulling up all the tile I've already set?

Ugh, I used to think you could just cut the border tiles wider.

Funny how a simple mistake can change your whole plan. I used to think you could just hide layout errors with bigger cuts too, but that inch and a half will haunt you forever. Honestly, pulling up the tile now is the only fix that actually works.
