Spent 4 hours building a shed base and the concrete started cracking before I even finished
Mixed the concrete way too wet because I was in a hurry last Saturday. By the time I got the last slab poured, the first ones had three hairline cracks already forming. Anyone else ever rush a foundation pour and instantly regret it?
Hold up, 4 hours for a shed base and you mixed the concrete too wet? That's on you, not the concrete. Water is the enemy, man. If you dumped too much in to save time you traded long term strength for a few minutes. Those hairline cracks are just the start.
