Spent $400 on a portable monitor in Medellin and it's a game changer

I was trying to work from a cafe with my laptop screen only and my neck was killing me after two hours. Bought a 15.6 inch Asus portable monitor for about $400 at a tech shop here. Having that second screen for spreadsheets and research tabs has doubled my work speed and saved my posture. Anyone else find a piece of gear that was totally worth the cash for nomad work?

Honestly, the posture thing is huge that people don't talk about enough. That hunch over a tiny screen catches up to you fast. What brand did you end up going with?

Yeah, my friend had the same wake-up call. She got these awful tension headaches for months before her physical therapist pointed straight to her phone posture. She switched to a bigger phone from a different brand, but honestly @joel518, the real fix was just being more mindful about holding it up. The device itself wasn't the main problem, it was the habit of looking down. She still gets the headaches sometimes if she slips up.
