A tattoo parlor in Medellin made me rethink my whole sleep schedule
I was working from a rooftop cafe there last month and kept losing focus by 2pm, so I started watching the artists next door take siestas in their hammocks between clients... now I block out 30 minutes after lunch every day and my afternoon output is way better. Anyone else tried adapting local customs into their remote routine?

Isn't it wild how a simple change like that can totally flip your energy? I've been trying to squeeze in a quick rest after lunch too, and honestly it makes the whole afternoon feel lighter.
