A client in Lisbon said my project updates were too long and confusing

They told me to just send bullet points with the three most important things. Now I do that for everyone and it saves so much time, anyone else get feedback that changed their work flow?

Isn't it funny how the best advice is usually just "do less"? I mean, I get so caught up trying to be thorough that I miss what people actually need.
