After 12 hours, my animation render is only halfway done.
In my experience, rendering times are the ultimate test of patience.

Only halfway done? That's the point where you consider adopting a pet to keep you company. My last big render took so long I learned to knit waiting for it. The final product better be worth the mental breakdown.
