Tried a pour-over with water right off the boil and it tasted like ash
I usually wait 30 seconds after boiling, but I was in a hurry this morning. Dumped 205 degree water straight into my V60 and got this burnt, bitter mess. Anyone else notice how much the temp changes the flavor profile?

Whoa, are you using a metal cone or ceramic for your V60?

Whoa, I actually started with ceramic but switched to plastic because it holds heat way better.
