Found a simple trick for chamfering that nobody mentions
Been watching guys wreck their chamfer tools by pushing too hard on the edge break... I just use a lighter touch with the coolant on full blast, cuts way cleaner. Anyone else figure out little adjustments that save your tooling?

That coolant trick is solid, I noticed the same thing when I dropped my feed rate from .002 to .0015 per rev on 304 stainless and the tool life doubled overnight.
