Figuring out the right insulation for my attic took way longer than I thought
I wanted to cut my heating bill and help out a bit, so I decided to upgrade the insulation myself. I spent a full weekend just researching R-values and air sealing before I even bought a single bag of cellulose. Anyone have a good source for clear info on this stuff that isn't just trying to sell you a service?

I used to think you could just throw more insulation up there, but @hugo_craig11 is right, getting the basics down first makes all the difference.
