Just read that the average person changes jobs 12 times in their career
I saw that stat on the BLS website last night and it really threw me... I've only had three jobs since college and thought I was behind. It made me wonder if staying put too long is actually hurting my pay. Has anyone else felt pressure to move around more to keep up?

Honestly, that "staying put too long" worry is so real.

Yeah that worry hits hard. I stayed at my last job way too long and it totally killed my drive.
