Question about inventory counts after our system crashed
Our warehouse management software went down for a full 8 hours on Tuesday. Everyone said to just wait it out, but I insisted we do a manual count of the high-value items. Found a discrepancy of 15 units on a single SKU that would have been missed. What's your backup plan when your main ops system fails?
