Pro tip: My friend said her bullet journal is just a 'fancy to-do list' and it made me realize I was missing the point of the reflection part.

I started adding a simple '3 things I learned today' section at the bottom of my daily log, and it's made the whole process feel way more valuable than just tracking tasks.

Oh wow, that's actually a game changer. I always thought bullet journals were just for people who like pretty handwriting and washi tape, so I never tried one. But adding a "what I learned" bit totally makes sense, it turns it from a chore list into something that actually helps you grow. I might have to steal this idea.

Yeah my friend started doing that last year. She said writing down one small thing she learned each day, like how to fix her bike chain or a better way to chop onions, made her feel less like she was just spinning her wheels. It was just a few words in the corner of her weekly spread, but it changed how she saw her whole routine.
