My weekly spreads used to be a total mess until I tried a new layout
For the first six months, my weekly pages were just a bunch of tasks crammed together with no space. Then I saw someone online use a simple two column setup with one side for tasks and the other for notes and events. I tried it for a full month and it was a game changer. Now I can actually see my whole week at a glance without feeling overwhelmed. Has anyone else found a specific layout that finally clicked for them?

Whatever paper is closest" works until you miss something important. I keep a tiny notebook in my back pocket for those quick notes, then I copy the real tasks into my planner later. It's like having a messy first draft before the clean final copy.

Honestly that sounds like overkill to me, I just scribble stuff on whatever paper is closest.
