Hot take: I stopped tracking my mood for a whole month and it was fine

I got tired of coloring in those little mood tracker squares every night, so I just skipped that spread in my bujo last month. Honestly, I didn't miss it at all, and I felt less pressure to 'perform' for my own journal. Does anyone else find some trackers just add stress instead of helping?

Honestly that's so real, I've been there. What made you start tracking your mood in the first place, and did you ever feel like it actually gave you useful info? I tried it for anxiety and just ended up overthinking every single color choice lol.

Totally get that. Felt the same pressure to pick the "right" mood color every night, like I was grading my own day. It started feeling like a chore instead of something helpful. Stopping was honestly a relief, and I didn't learn anything from the tracker I didn't already know.
