Spent $400 on a deck oven for my home kitchen and it was a total mistake

I thought buying a real deck oven would take my bread to the next level but man was I wrong. That thing ate up my electric bill like crazy and heated up my whole apartment in the summer. Plus it took forever to get up to temp and the steam injection barely worked. Anyone else regret dropping big money on fancy gear that just collects dust now?

Ugh, I feel this so hard. I did the same thing with a different fancy gadget and it just sits there now.
