Warning: Paid $400 for a gutter cleaning that didn't even fix the clog
I called a company off Nextdoor last month to clean my gutters. They showed up, sprayed water, and said everything was fine. Next rainstorm, water was pouring down the side of my house again. I called them back and they wanted another $200 to come look at it. I ended up climbing up there myself and found a massive leaf dam they somehow missed. Has anyone else had a gutter service in Atlanta just blow through the job without actually checking things?

Damn I just read something about this exact thing on the Atlanta subreddit. People were saying a lot of those gutter companies just run a quick hose and call it done even when there's hard packed debris. Honestly you probably saved yourself a headache finding that dam yourself.
