PSA: Stop recommending that one HVAC company on Memorial Drive

I used Cool Breeze Air on Memorial Drive after seeing them praised 5 times in this group last month, and they charged me $380 for a repair that another company later fixed for $120. Their guy spent 20 minutes here and told me I needed a whole new unit when I just had a clogged drain line. Has anyone else had a bad experience with a locally hyped service provider around Decatur?

That $380 charge for a simple clog is exactly the kind of move that makes me suspicious of any service that gets too much hype on local forums.
