Found out my local bank charges $3 for cash deposits over 10 a month

I went to deposit my shop's weekend cash today and they hit me with a fee. Took me digging through the fine print on their site to find it buried on page 14 of their fee schedule. Anyone else get caught by these little charges?

$10 a month for free cash deposits is honestly super stingy on their part (especially for a business account). My credit union lets me do unlimited cash deposits for zero fees, but I know most big banks are getting way more aggressive with these nickel-and-dime charges lately. You might want to check if your shop qualifies for a small business checking account somewhere else, some of them even have free coin counting if you deal with a lot of change from the register. A friend of mine switched to a local credit union last year after getting hit with a similar fee and she saves about $15 a month now just on deposit fees alone.
