My property tax appeal in Fulton County saved me $1,200 this year.
I got my assessment notice and saw they had my house listed with a finished basement I don't actually have. I pulled my own floor plans from the closing documents, took photos, and submitted a formal appeal online last month. Has anyone else here had success fighting an incorrect square footage listing?

My last appeal was just me complaining they overvalued my shed. Turns out I was counting the leaning side as extra square footage.
