My neighbor in Grant Park saved me $600 by just pointing at my gutter
I was out front last Saturday with a ladder and a $600 quote from a gutter crew when Dale walked over and said my downspout was dumping right at the foundation while the actual gutters were fine. Ran a $12 extension out the bottom and the damp spot in my basement dried up in a week. Anybody else get talked out of a big job by a neighbor who actually looked at the problem?
