That customer who watched YouTube and thought they knew better than me
Had a guy in Maplewood last Tuesday who insisted his washer needed a new control board. I could hear the drain pump struggling right away when I walked in. Told him it was a sock stuck in the pump, not an electrical issue. He argued with me for 10 minutes before I pulled a single tube sock out of the pump housing. Has anyone else dealt with homeowners who won't let you do the simple fix first?
