Picked up a bag of frozen Brussels sprouts on a whim and the air fryer saved them

I was at Aldi last Tuesday and saw a giant bag of frozen Brussels sprouts for $3.50. I usually roast them in the oven but they always come out soggy. Tossed them in the air fryer at 375 for about 12 minutes with some oil and salt. They got super crispy on the outside and tender inside. Anyone else have a go-to frozen veggie that turns out better in the air fryer than the oven?

Wait are you sure about the 12 minutes? Ive got the same air fryer setting at 375 but frozen sprouts need more like 15-16 minutes unless you want them chewy in the middle. I mean maybe your air fryer runs hotter than mine but idk, my first batch came out kinda sad until I bumped the time up. Also you gotta shake the basket halfway through or theyll burn on one side and stay frozen on the other. Frozen broccoli with some garlic powder is my go-to for the air fryer though, comes out way better than oven roasted for sure.

lol 100% agree on the shaking thing, sad sprouts are the worst.
