Heard a guy at the hardware store say air fryers are just convection ovens...
I was getting bits for my smoker and this older fella goes 'air fryers are just mini convection ovens with a fancier name.' Got me thinking about how I use mine for frozen fries at 400 for 12 minutes but still grab the real oven for bigger batches. Anyone else feel like they're using their air fryer for less stuff lately?

Right there with you, I mainly use mine for reheating stuff now.
