Fermenting leftover veggies... it made a huge difference in my kitchen waste. Just a simple brine in some jars... saved all those bits from the trash. Now it's almost a game to see what I can save...

Totally get that lol. Found an old note in a book I hadn't opened in years and it made my whole week. That kinda surprise beats having a perfect system any day.
