But what if rushing the consultation is actually the right call? Maybe some clients just want a quick trim and don't need a whole life story. Her mom's view is from a different time, when a haircut was a long social thing. Now, being efficient could just mean you respect that people are busy. That old saying sounds nice, but it might not fit how everyone works today.
