That "major flare-up" line really hits home. It reminds me of when I used to do hair color and a client swore she had no previous dye. I skipped the strand test, and let's just say we ended up with a very unexpected shade of green. It was a mess that took hours to fix. You just never know what someone might forget to mention, or what their skin or hair is really hiding. Now I treat every first meeting like a detective interview.
